- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We established care when our first son was born. We loved the office right up until the day we were kicked out. During an office visit with my almost 1-year-old son I was taken aside and told that we could no longer come back to the office because of our insurance. I asked "why? Our insurance hasn't changed or anything." The receptionist agreed and said that the insurance was not longer accepting their office. So I politely left and called my insurance company (United Health, John Deere Premier) and it turns out that the doctor's office was the one who decided to cancel with the insurance company. I was so floored that a "caring" doctor's office could make this decision. I understand it all comes down to money. Its the principle of it all.March 01, 2017by Jamie Brodersen
